DAY 2: BUENOS AIRES |
Breakfast. During the morning, Sightseeing City Tour. This tour gives you the emotion of a multiple Buenos Aires. You will see the symbol of our city: the obelisk. You will visit different squares such as Plaza de Mayo, Plaza San Martín, Plaza Congreso. Avenues like Corrientes, Mayo, 9 de Julio, among others. Historical neighbourhoods: La Boca, San Telmo, Montserrat. Elegant neighbourhoods such as Palermo and Recoleta, and the most modern: Puerto Madero. Parks such as Lezama and Tres de Febrero. You will also visit financial and commercial areas and a Football Stadium. Rest of day at leisure. Accommodation. |
DAY 3: BUENOS AIRES/IGUAZÚ |
Breakfast. Transfer to Jorge Newbery airport for flight to Iguazú, an area declared as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Arrival and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, visit the National Park Foz do Iguaçu to see the falls on the Brazilian side. Throughout nearly a thousand meters of footpaths and balconies, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the largest set of waterfalls in the world, with 275 jumps deployed in an arc of case three kilometers. DAY 4: IGUAZÚ |
Breakfast. Full day visit to the Falls from the Argentine side, where will tour the Lower Circuit and Superior Circuit. You will travel by the Ecological Train and will visit the Devil’s Throat, the largest jump this site protected as a World Heritage Site and recently voted one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. DAY 5: IGUAZÚ/SALTA |
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for Salta. Reception and transfer to hotel. Rest of day at leisure, we recommend you to visit on your own the High Mountain Museum (MAAM), for those lovers of the archeology. Accommodation. |
DAY 6: SALTA |
Breakfast. Cafayate. The journey starts from Salta city to the south, through route 68 traversing the Lerma Valley and its historical towns. We reach Quebrada de las Conchas (the Shell´s Gorge), where wind and water erosion carved curious shapes on the rocks (The Amphitheater, Devil´s throat, The Toad, The Castles, among others). When we arrive to Cafayate, we visit some wineries, famous for their production of Torrontes, with special characteristics due to the particularities of the climate and land. After lunch we return to Salta through the Quebrada de las Conchas (the Shells´ Gorge) and the Lerma Valley. Accommodation. |
DAY 7: SALTA |
Breakfast. Quebrada de Humahuaca. The excursion begins in Salta, and the first stop is in Purmamarca, where will see the Seven Colored Hill, the Church and the Craft Market on the square. We continue towards the town of Tilcara where we visit the Pucará (ancient ruins) and the Archaeological Museum. Then we cross the Capricorn Tropic, from where the colors of La Pollera de la Coya Hill can be seen and really good pictures taken because of the daylight. We visit Uquía and its church, where the paintings of the Ángles Arcabuceros (important vestige in the zone of the Cuzqueña School) are kept. Arrival to Humahuaca will be at noon; this town has an important Church and the Independence Monument (the Indian) of the sculptor Soto Avendaño. Accommodation. |
DAY 8: SALTA/BARILOCHE |

DAY 9: BARILOCHE |
Breakfast. Victoria Island and Myrtle Forest. It starts from Puerto San Carlos and/or Puerto Pañuelo in Llao Llao. Then you will embark to go to Puerto Quetrihue, on the peninsula of the same name, where you can visit the world famous Myrtle Forest. This is a unique arboreal formation with ancient trees. The bark of this tree is cold, totally smooth and tan. It has white flowers similar to orange blossom and violet fruits of pleasant taste. The Myrtle Forest has been declared untouchable area and Natural Monument. Accommodation. |
DAY 10: BARILOCHE |
Breakfast. Short Circuit. The journey begins from Bariloche bordering the Lake Nahuel Huapi. At the height of km 8 is Playa Bonita, where you see the Huemul Island. Ten kilometers later, you will reach the foot of Campanario Hill where there is a chairlift that reaches the summit (1050 meters), which affords one of the most beautiful and fascinating views of the region. Continuing the journey, you will cross the Angostura Bridge over the river of the same name, which joins Lakes Moreno and Nahuel Huapi and then Lopez Bay at the foot of the hill of the same name. Later this panoramic point, a natural balcony with spectacular view. Then you will cross the bridge over Lake Moreno and you will begin to border the Laguna El Trébol back to the city, closing the short circuit. Accommodation. |
DAY 11: BARILOCHE/EL CALAFATE |
Breakfast. Transfer from hotel to airport for flight to El Calafate. Arrival and transfer to Hotel. According to the arrival time of the flight will have time to tour the town and the coast of Lake Argentino or visit the Ice Museum “Glaciarium”. Accommodation. |
DAY 12: EL CALAFATE |
Breakfast. Perito Moreno Glacier. Departure from the morning to travel the 80 kms, which is the distance between El Calafate and Perito Moreno Glacier, unique in the world constantly advancing. On the way, will visit beautiful places of the Andean foothills, along the south shore of Lake Argentino. After crossing rivers and Mitre Sentinel, will reach the Brazo Rico to enter Glacier National Park. Bordering the Lago Rico, begin to spot the icebergs floating on the water until finally able to appreciate the full extent of this natural wonder that has been declared by the United Nations as a World Heritage Site. Duration: about 8 hours. Accommodation.
Optional (check extra rate): Safari Boat – Sailing Lake Rico: the tour is a voyage of one (1) hour by the Lake Rico, who can appreciate the majestic south wall of the Perito Moreno Glacier. |
DÍA 13: EL CALAFATE |

Optional (check extra rate): Navigating the Lago Argentino: suggest you some of the lake excursions as All Glaciers or Cristina Ranch that provide insight into another area of the National Park, sailing between icebergs and glaciers as Upsala spot or Spegazzini, among others. |
DAY 14: EL CALAFATE/BUENOS AIRES |
Breakfast. Transfer from hotel to airport to return to Buenos Aires. Arrival at Jorge Newbery airport and transfer to hotel. Accommodation. |
DAY 15: BUENOS AIRES |
Breakfast. Day at leisure to give a final walk or visit the outskirts of Buenos Aires. At night, as a farewell to Buenos Aires will enjoy a Dinner and Tango Show at La Ventana. Accommodation.
Optional (chech extra rate): Top Delta Expedition. You will know the costumes, culture and ways of life of “isleños” (people who live in the islands); you will have lunch enjoing a gread view of the river. You will visit the most traditional market at Puerto de Frutos and then you will go to this natural scenery and will navigate into the islands. After that you will visit the elegant residences located in the residential neighborhoods of the northern suburbs. San Isidro neighbourhood, its history and people. There you will make a stop. On the way back to Buenos Aires, you will go through the Presidential Residence (Quinta de Olivos). On Sundays the tour could finish, if you want, in San Telmo neighborhood, where you can see the most important Flea and antique Market in the City. |
DAY 16: DEPARTURE FROM BUENOS AIRES |
