Lakes and glaciers with Torres del Paine

Departure from Buenos Aires to Bariloche. Arrival, reception and transfer to hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Leaving Puerto San Carlos and/or scarves on a boat sailing on the waters of the Blest arm to its tip, where the port is Blest. This trip passes close to the Sentinel island, where the remains of the Perito Moreno. The landscape features along the Blest arm resembles the classic remote fjords of Norway and the Fuegian channels. Puerto Blest area has lush vegetation, caused by excessively wet weather. From there you can continue by bus to perform the additional excursion to Laguna Frías. Then you arrive at Porto Alegre in the far north of the lagoon, where you take a boat to cross it to dock at Puerto Frias. Returning to Puerto Blest, embarks for the crossing to Cascada Los Pitchers. It goes up a wooden staircase along the stream The Pitchers to a height of about 600 meters, since you can admire several waterfalls and cascades of remarkable beauty. Then down to the pier where the boat will lead back. Accommodation.

Breakfast. It crosses the peninsula Huemul bordering then the arm of the same name and is passed through Puerto Manzano to arrive at Villa La Angostura, after this Villa begins the “Road of the Seven Lakes”. It has stretches of mountains and elsewhere through dense forests of enormous coihues. It pays Correntoso Lake and cross the river of the same name. Then, you will pass through a place called Ruca Malen, arriving to Portezuelo. Then you will border the following lakes: Villarino, Fakner, Beautiful, Meliquina and finally reaches the exciting city of San Martín de los Andes, on the shores of Lake Lacar. The return is effected by the fast track RN 237. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Short circuit. The journey begins from Bariloche bordering the Lake Nahuel Huapi. At the height of km 8 is Playa Bonita, where you see the Huemul Island. Ten kilometers later, you will reach the foot of Campanario Hill where there is a chairlift that reaches the summit (1050 meters), which affords one of the most beautiful and fascinating views of the region. Continuing the journey, you will cross the Angostura Bridge over the river of the same name, which joins Lakes Moreno and Nahuel Huapi and then Lopez Bay at the foot of the hill of the same name. Later this panoramic point, a natural balcony with spectacular view. Then you will cross the bridge over Lake Moreno and you will begin to border the Laguna El Trébol back to the city, closing the short circuit. Rest of day at leisure. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Morning at leisure. Transfer to airport. Flight Bariloche/El Calafate. Arrival, reception and transfer to hotel. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Departure from the morning to travel the 80 kms, which is the distance between El Calafate and Perito Moreno Glacier, unique in the world constantly advancing. On the way, will visit beautiful places of the Andean foothills, along the south shore of Lake Argentino. After crossing rivers and Mitre Sentinel, will reach the Brazo Rico to enter Glacier National Park. Bordering the Lago Rico, begin to spot the icebergs floating on the water until finally able to appreciate the full extent of this natural wonder that has been declared by the United Nations as a World Heritage Site. Duration: about 8 hours. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Ice Rivers. The schedule of shipment in the port of Punta Bandera Private (47 kilometers from the city of El Calafate), will be at 8:30 am and the game will be at 9:00 am, after the passengers are informed the safety and seaworthiness. Once on board sail across the North Arm of Lake Argentino to reach the Channel Upsala, where we will find a spectacular Barrier Icebergs. From there we will have a panoramic view of the Upsala Glacier. Then navigate Spegazzini Channel, where we observe the Seco Glacier to reach the front of Spegazzini Glacier, the highest in the National Park. Return to Private Puerto Punta Bandera will be at approximately 4:00 pm, by boat. The tour can be modified depending on weather conditions and safety and the decision of the captain of the boat. Breakfast. Torres del Paine National Park. Once inside the park, you will go through the main viewpoints, waterfalls and the Grey Glacier, along the most beautiful lakes and rivers of this river chain. Also you will visit the Milodon Cave, you will enjoy short walks and idyllic scenery. Accommodation.
